Diagnose
We identify the gaps and friction points a shared architecture needs to resolve. Clients who completed the 5-Day Operational Blueprint arrive with this phase already done.
Design
We define the architecture itself: the shared operational foundation, the recorded homes for each kind of knowledge, and the Operational Architecture Blueprint your organization builds from.
What We Need From You
- -Attend the Foundation Session: 60–90 minutes with you and the leader of the business line being designed. This establishes the vocabulary everything else builds upon.
- -Own the accounts: Your environment and model-provider account remain under your control. We guide setup; you hold the keys.
- -Provide a platform contact: Someone who can complete setup steps and authorize the agreed access level.
- -Name two people: One accountable environment owner and one scheduling contact.
- -Share existing materials: Prior documents and plans are helpful but never required to begin.
What Stays Yours
You own the environment. You retain full ownership and control of the environment, including billing, access, recovery, and administration, while we guide setup when needed.
You own the model-provider account. AI-assisted work runs through your approved provider account under your agreement, with credentials kept private from us.
Our access is named, minimal, and ends. Only a named practitioner receives the minimum access required, which you can revoke at any time and we remove at close.
There is nothing to migrate at exit. The work remains in your systems in open, portable formats, with no migration, export, or dependency on Kernel at exit.
Our Commitment
Fixed price by entry point, defined deliverables, no hourly overruns. Every structural decision is written down with its reasoning, so you can judge the design on its merits rather than on trust. Nothing arrives as a recommendation you cannot trace back to your own evidence.
